General Delivery
- Please allow an additional 5 days for regional delivery.
- The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has shipped, not necessarily the date of the order. All orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
- Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- If you are worried no one will be home to accept your parcel,contact our Customer Care Team and we can request your parcel requires a signature or is delivered to your local Post Office.
- There may be a delay of up to 2-4 business days during our sale periods.
- Deliveries to New Zealand may incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, Lovisa is not responsible for any additional fees as they are out of our control.
- Please note once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details. Alternatively, if you have any queries about placing an order or an order you have received, pleasecontactour Customer Care team.

Same Day Delivery
Delivery Times
Simply place your order before 11:30AM to receive your parcel before 9pm that same business day. Orders placed after 11:30AM will arrive the next business day.
Any Same Day Delivery orders placed after 11:30AM Friday, on weekends and on public holidays will be shipped the following business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only, actual delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for any delay, late delivery or failure to deliver.
